Indosat Palapa Company B.V. plans to sell 10-year dollar bonds as soon as today to refinance debt. The fixed-rate notes will be priced at about 7.75 percent. The notes will be guaranteed by PT Indosat Tbk.
Indosat’s 2010 capital expenditure will be lesser in value compared to the capex in 2009. The company will spend IDR 4,5T (around US$470m) for capital expenditure in 2010, below from capital expenditure in 2009 reached around US$650 million.
