Who is new CEO of Telkom ?

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, the nation' s largest government-owned telephone company, re-appointed Rinaldi Firmansyah as its president director in an extraordinary shareholders meeting last week.
Telkom, as the company is known, will hold an extraordinary shareholders meeting within a year to replace its management.

Rinaldi became Telkom's president director in February 2007 after three years serving as the company as a finance director. His three-year term as president director expired this
year.
Telkom and PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk will become the standby buyer for PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk rights issue, which is scheduled for August 2010.
The action was a starting point for the consolidation of Telkom-owned fixed wireless access, CDMA-based telephone service Flexi and Bakrie Telecom's Esia.
Telkom posted a net profit of 11.3 trillion rupiah ($1.2 billion) in 2009, a 6.7 percent increase from a year earlier. Telkom's shareholders today also approved a final dividend payout amounting to half of last year's net profit, or 261.41 rupiah a share. The dividend will be paid on July 26.
