PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk will offer a coupon of 8.9 percent to 9.9 percent on its five-year bonds to be offered this month, and 9.4 percent to 10.4 percent on its 10-year notes. The IDR 3 trillion notes will be offered June 28 and June 29
PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Bahana Securities and PT Mandiri Sekuritas are arranging the bond sales. Telkom will offer 2 trillion rupiah of 10-year bonds and 1 trillion rupiah of five-year notes.
Telkom expected net profit in semester I/2010 to grow by 9 percent as from IDR6.04 trillion last year. Net profit growth in quarter I/2010 by 13 percent was much driven by the profit of the exchange rate spread.
Telkom recorded the 2009 net profit growth by 6.7 percent into IDR11.3 trillion as from IDR10.6 trillion in 2008.
The soaring net profit was bolstered by the growing subscribers and efficiency. At the same time, the company revenue last year had 6.4 percent increase into IDR64.6 trillion as from IDR60.7 trillion previously.
As from the total revenue of Telkom, some 42 percent was contributed by the cellular business income. Then data business contributed 29 percent, fixed line 13 percent, internet connection 12 percent, networks 2 percent, and others 2 percent.

The total of Telkom Group subscribers in 2009 are 105.1 million. As from the figure, some 23.5 million subscribers are from the fixed line and 81.6 million form cellular segment.
