LPEI increase bonds sale to IDR3 triliun

Indonesian Exim Bank (Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia/LPEI) increased the amount of bond issuance as from IDR2.5 trillion into IDR3 trillion. The bonds issuance was oversubscribed until IDR3.9 trillion.
The company pricing bonds with A series bond and 370 days tenure at level 7.5 percent with IDR1.25 trillion issuance. The B series with three years tenure has 8.85 percent coupon with IDR425 billion issuance. The C series with 5 years tenure has 9.6 percent coupon with IDR250 billion issuance. The D series with 7 years tenure has 10 percent coupon with IDR1.07 trillion issuance.
LPEI is assisted by PT Indo Premier Securities, PT Bahana Securities, dan PT Trimegah Securities Tbk as the underwriters.
Formerly, the company set the bond coupon at the level of 7-10 percent. The A series with 370 days tenured with 7-7.5 percent yield referring to the FR0016 goverment bond (surat utang negara/SUN) plus 50-125 basis points. The B series with 3 years tenured refers to the SUN FR0019 plus 50-125 bps with 8.75-9.33 percent yield.
The C series with five years tenured refers to SUN FR0027 plus 50-150 bps with yield ranging 8.82-9.80 percent. The D series with seven years tenure is based on SUN FR0028 plus 50-150 bps with 9-10 percent yield.
