Indonesia EximBank picks 3 underwriter

Indonesia EximBank picks three securities companies, PT Trimegah Securities Tbk, PT Indo Premier Securities, and PT Bahana Securities to underwrite bonds issuance at level IDR3 trillion.
Formerly, six securities companies compete for being underwriters of bond issuance of the Indonesian EximBank. PT BNI Securities, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT Bahana Securities, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Securities, and PT Trimegah Securities Tbk are competing for bond underwriting.
This year Indonesia EximBank will use IDR5 trillion loans to boost up the export import financing expansion and debt refinancing which will mature worth about US$201 million.
In addition to bonds, the company has got credit commitment form the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and World Bank worth each US$100 million and credit facilities from the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) also worth US$100 million of which some US$20 million was just used.
The capitalization boost preparation is also projected from the government commitment for IDR2 trillion capital injection this year. Last year, Indonesia EximBank had a total assets of IDR13 trillion with financing outstanding worth IDR9 trillion.
