Jasa Marga plans to issue IDR1.5 trillion bonds

PT Jasa Marga Tbk plans to issue IDR1.5 trillion bonds, increase from the former plan IDR650 billion.
The proceeds generated from bond issuance will be used for debt refinancing upon this year due date. Jasa Marga has mature debt this year is worth IDR1.5 trillion.
Jasa Marga jointly with the subsidiary firm plans to allocate IDR5.6 trillion investment this year mostly coming from bank loans.
The company claimed to have raked commitment from some banks such as BNI and BRI to finance corporate capital expenditure this year worth IDR3 trillion.
For next 3-4 years, the company plans requires IDR25 trillion investment funds which is necessary to operate new 250 kilometers toll road across from many regions. This year Jasa Marga plans to operate 15 kilometers new toll roads located in Semarang-Ungaran and Surabaya-Mojokerto routes. So far the total operational toll roads are 530 kilometers.
