Summarecon sales worth IDR1.3 trillion

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk predicted to record IDR1.30 trillion sales and IDR165 billion net profit by end of 2009 or higher than the analyst projection.
Fundamentally, the stock price at market is still discounted as from the revalued net asset value (RNAV) of IDR1,860 per share.
Summarecon will open and operate new business line, hotelier, in May. The hotel which will be built above the Kelapa Gading shopping mall in North Jakarta will be managed by Harris, that operates such as Harris Hotel in Tebet, South Jakarta.
The company plans to release two housing clusters in Bekasi in July which is deemed new areas for the giant developer of Kelapa Gading compound. He declined to detail the two clusters here.
He declined the rumor that the company has sought private placement to finance housing development in Bekasi. Now the company has sought bank loans.
The management has just proposed revaluation of the corporate assets after three years for the fundamental performance of the company. Property consultant, PT Colliers International Indonesia defined stock RNAV of Summarecon now stands at IDR1,860 per share unit as from IDR1,500. The growing RNAV shows the sock price at market is discounted by 60.75 percent.
