The
shareholders of PT Kimia Farma Tbk agreed to appoint Rusdi Rosman as
the new president director for 2012-2017 period replacing Syamsul
Arifin, who has previously served for two periods. The annual meeting held on Thursday, May 24, 2012, also agreed to change other board of directors.
Rusdi Rosman was acted Finance Director of Kimia Farma December on 5, 2007. He has served as Human Resource Director of PT Biofarma and Corporate Secretary of the company. He graduated from Universitas Padjajaran in 1989, holds a Master of Business Administration in Operation Management from California State University in 1999 and a degree in Global Business Management from University of California.
