Sandiaga S. Uno, owner of Saratoga Group, decides to step down from its
position as commissioner of PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk. All shareholders have approved his resignation in the meeting held yesterday..
Sandiaga decides to resign because he is currently busy working on several companies where he also acts as chairperson. The company has not appointed his successor as Commissioner in Tower Bersama until the specified time.
While serving as Commissioner Tower Together, Sandiaga also served as President Director of PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal, PT Saratoga Infrastruktur, PT Interra Indo Resources, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya, and PT Mitra Global Telekomunikasi Indonesia. In addition, Tower Bersama shareholders also agreed not to pay dividend this year.
The TBIG-coded company posted a 44.48% increase throughout last year to IDR970.02 billion from IDR671.36 billion a year earlier. Net profit grew 45.18% to IDR474.35 billion from previously IDR326.72 billion. Meanwhile, earnings per share also rose to IDR104.1 from previously IDR83.8.
