Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) of Financial Ministry will auction
1,672 assets in 10 regions for at least IDR614 billion.
The auction will be held in 25-27 April. It will be conducted in State Property Office and Auction (KPKNL) in Jakarta III, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bogor, Bandung, Purwakarta, Serpong, Serang, Surakarta and Surabaya.

The assets are vary, including apartments, condominiums,
house-shop, warehouse, vacant land, residential lots, and home that are vary
salable.
The open auction is to meet 2012 assets management target and to accelerate the settlement of property assets previously managed by PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA).
