State-owned enterprise Minister Dahlan Iskan has installed five new directors at state oil and gas company, PT Pertamina. with appointment 5 directors, Pertamina now has nine directors in total.
The new directors are Chrisna Damayanto (deputy for refinery operation) replacing Edi Setianto as director for processing, Hanung Budya Yuktyanta (CEO PT Badak NGL, operator of the Bontang liquefied natural gas plant in East Kalimantan) replacing Djaelani Sutomo as director for business and marketing, Evita Maryanti Tagor (CEO PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia) replacing Rukmi Hadi Hartini as directors for human resources affairs, Luhur Budi Jatmiko (head of internal monitoring division) replacing Waluyo as director for general affairs and Hari Karyuliarto (corporate secretary Pertamina) became director for gas.
The four others director are Karen Agustiawan as CEO, M. Afdal Bahaudin as director for investment, development and risk management, M. Husen as director for upstream and Andri T. Hidayat as director for finance. There are no shareholders took place meeting for replacement because a decision from the minister already represented shareholders meeting decision.
