The nation's fourth lender by assets, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk picks Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley to underwrite US-dollar denominated bonds worth US$500 million-US$1 billion.
The banks also plans to upsize bonds to US$1 billion if the offering oversubcribed. BNI raised IDR10 trillion by rights issue in December 2010. The company previously expressed interest to acquiring state securities firm PT Bahana Securities using IDR17 trilion recaptalization bonds.
