Lippo re enter banking business

Lippo Group recently has received approval from Bank Indonesia to re-enter the business of investment banking services with acquire 60% stake in Bank Nationalnobu. Lippo joint with Pikko Group take over Bank Nationalnobu.
Formerly, Bank National Nobu was named Bank Alfindo Prosperous with shares owned by Alfi Gunawan Gunawan and PT Sejahtera.
With additional capital and the entry of Lippo, Nobu Bank, controlled and led by PT Kharisma Buana Nusantara (KBN) of 60%. KBN is the own by Mochtar Riady, founder of the Lippo Group. 40% Bank Nationalnobu shares is owned Yantony Nio, CEO Pikko Group.
