Agung Podomoro IPO 6.15 billion shares

PT Agung Podomoro Land, one of Indonesia's biggest property firms, plans to sell up to 6.15 billion new shares in its initial public offering scheduled for November.
The company has appointed Deutsche Bank (DBKGn.DE) as its international underwriter while Mandiri Sekuritas and Indopremier Securities were chosen as local bookrunners. Agung Podomoro aims to raise IDR2 trillion - IDR3 trillion from IPO 30% shares.
was established in 1969 by the late Anton Haliman. His very first project was the housing complex in the Simprug area South Jakarta, completed in 1973. In the same year, APG pioneered the real-estate concept with a project in the Sunter area, North Jakarta.
