BI still surveillance Bank Eksekutif

PT Bank Eksekutif Internasional Tbk still under Bank Indonesia's surveillance list to monitor its performance following efforts to boost the bank's capital.
BI through the letter No.12/84/GBI/ DPIP/ Rahasia June 29, 2010 agreed PT Recapital Securities as one of the standby buyers in the rights issue I of Bank Eksekutif.
the company would change the name into PT Bank Pundi Indonesia Tbk which has been agreed by the shareholders.
The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS) of Bank Eksekutif was agreed the rights issue for preemptive rights (HMETD) of 5.12 billion shares at a par value of IDR100.
The IDR512.25 billion rights issue will be used for business plan particularly for the development of new business model, that is SME credit.
Recapital Securities cooperates with hedge fund from Dutch, IF Services Netherlands BV, become standby buyer of Bank Eksekutif rights issue.
The Dutch investor will have 24 percent of shares or IDR143.43 billion after rights issue, and Recapital will take over 61.71 percent shares worth IDR368.820billion.
The rights issue proceeds will be budgeted for capitalization structure so as to increase the CAR into 39 percent.
Formerly the composition of Bank Eksekutif shareholders were Lunardi Widjaja with 50.66 percent ownership, Lusiana Widjaja 14.49 percent, Irawati Widjaja 4. 76 percent, Sinthyawati Widjaja 4.76 percent, Setiawan Widjaja 4.6 percent and the 20.74 percent public. Total shares of the Widjaja was 79.26 percent.
Through rights issue, the shareholders compositions are Lunardi Widjaja with 7.24 percent, Lusiana Widjaja 2.07 percent, Irawati Widjaja and Sinthyawati Widjaja 0.68 percent, Setiawan Widjaja 0.66 percent, Recapital Securities 61.71 percent, IF Services Netherlands BV 24 percent and public is the rest.
Currently, Bank Eksekutif has 19 branch offices with the vision to develop networks nationwide.
The new management of Bank Eksekutif committed to make bank healthy by accomplishing credit issue, the non performing loan ratio and taken over assets (AYDA).
