Bank Windu plans to raise IDR203 billion

PT Bank Windu Kentjana International Tbk plans to raise IDR203 billion from selling new shares in a rights offer next month to expand lending and add branch offices.
Bank Windu plans to sell 1.01 billion shares at 200 rupiah each, the company said in a statement
Business growth of Bank Windu last year was not too high with only 9 percent rise into IDR1.57 trillion but it gave positive contribution to the profit by boosting SME financing.
This year the company will be commenced a try out to focus on micro sector aiming at some major cities like Jakarta, Depok, and Bandung focusing on trade sector financing.
To support the business expansion scheme the company also prepared networks expansion of 20 offices with this year investment worth at IDR30 billion.
Some cities targeted here include the Greater Jakarta and Java, Bali, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Pontianak with good economy growth.
