Argo Manunggal sell Alam Sutera

Five billion shares worth IDR950 billion of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk, an integrated property developer owned by businessman The Nin King, was sold yesterday.
The transaction at negotiation market is related to the effort made by the ultimate shareholder, PT Argo Manunggal Land Development, that divested its ownership assisted by PT Macquarie Capital Securities Indonesia.
The number of shares on the transaction equals to 28 percent of the total shares issued by the company or 17.86 billion shares. The transaction was done soon after the opening session at the IDX prior to the negative sentiment of the global bourse and the resignation of Finance Minister Sri Mulyani.
Argo Manunggal is said close to the Argo Pantes Group. Based on the website search, in the Global Trade website Argo Manunggal Group focuses on manufacturer, jewelry, and textile. The business group plans to move to mining business. But it is unclear when the data input is done.
