Anggito resign and back to campus

Anggito Abimanyu, former candidate vice minister of finance plans to resign from the position as a Head of the Fiscal Policy Office.
Formerly, Anggito Abimanyu will be appointed as vice minister of finance. However, the inauguration of Anggito as vice finance minister was unexpectedly canceled. State Secretary Sudi Silalahi said the appointments had been delayed because the State Secretariat had only just received the candidates’ curriculum vitae and that these needed to be studied to see if they met the desired requirements.
Anggito in February was officially promoted to head the Fiscal Policy Bureau (Badan Kebijakan Fisakal/BKF) at the Finance Ministry , after acting as the head of the BKF for three years.
Before serving as head of the Fiscal Policy Bureau, Anggito was an expert staff of the Department of Finance. He was also known as an economist from Gajah Mada University.
Anggito was born in Bogor, February 19, 1963. He graduated from Fakulty of economics, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, M.Sc. from University of Pensylvania, USA , 1989.
