Recapital inject IDR180 billion to Bank Eksekutif

Recapital Advisors inject IDR180 billion to PT Bank Eksekutif International Tbk to support the company.
Recapital is not only to cover the minimum capital needs for Bank Eksekutif, but also to develop an ideal bank for business development of retail market. So Recapital prepares IDR400 billion to develop Bank Eksekutif.
After the acquisition Bank Eksekutif done, Recapital plans to drive the company focus on the micro retail sector and stop gradually corporate credit. Thus the capital injection here is required for networks development and business expansion.
Bank Eksekutif is owned by the Lunardi Widjaja, a business player from Surabaya, with a total of 79.26 percent ownership, followed by Lusiana Widjaja with 14.49 percent, Irawati Widjaja 4.76 percent. Sinthyawati Widjaja 4.76 percent, and Setiawan Widjaja 20.74 percent
