Bank Eksekutif raise IDR150 billion capital injection

Recapital Advisors initially has injected IDR150 billion funds to PT Bank Eksekutif Internasional Tbk to support the capitalization and liquidity. The fund injection separated from the commitment of all parties involved in the sale and purchase transaction of the public bank.
The Widjaja Familiy as the ultimate shareholder of Bank Eksekutif ensured the divestment of 79.26 percent shares to Recapital Advisors. The acquisition verification process is targeted to end in March 2010.
The shares totally owned by the Lunardi Widjaja, the business person from Surabaya, are 79.26 percent or 676.71 million units. Lunardi possesses 50.66 percent shares of Bank Eksekutif, Lusiana Widjaja 14.49 percent, Irawati Widjaja 4.76 percent, Sinthyawati Widjaja 4.76 percent, and Setiawan Widjaja 20.74 percent.
President Director of Recapital Advisors Rosan Perkasa Roeslani ensured to have tender offer of Bank Eksekutif. Initially the business group which will acquire all the shares owned by the Lunardi Widjaja will be acquired. "We will comply with the regulation of the Capital Market and Finance Institution on the tender offer."
