PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, the largest bank in Indonesia plans to sell 7% shares. With the additional stock divestment, public will later owns 40 percent shares and Bank Mandiri will have tax incentive.
In April 2009, Mandiri planned to have secondary offering by selling 7 percent shares to public so as to increase the public stocks from 33 percent into 40 percent.
