PT Pertamina, Indonesia's state oil company, may pay interest of as much as 335 basis points more than the London interbank offered rate for a $700 million five- year loan.
The loan is due to finish so-called syndication as early as next week, said one of the people. Pertamina hired Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., BNP Paribas SA, HSBC Holdings Plc and Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc to help it secure the loan. The three-month Libor for dollars was last at 0.2534 percent.
